About the job

The Winterthur Sports Office implements various sports promotion projects for children, young people and adults. By maintaining municipal sports and leisure facilities, it provides the infrastructure for an active leisure lifestyle. Is your heart set on football and are you a talent for organisation and communication? If you also keep your eye on the ball in hectic times, then you are exactly right with us. From 1 September 2026, we are looking for a football enthusiast to coordinate the grass sports facilities in our sports city. The workload is on average 40% (seasonal fluctuations) and the employment is on an hourly wage basis.

Your Tasks

Responsibility for the scheduling and pitch coordination of all municipal grass sports facilities

Ensuring optimal utilisation of the grass sports facilities

Maintaining contact and close cooperation with associations, clubs and internal departments of the Sports Office

Occupancy control, supervision and inspection rounds on the grass sports facilities

Advisory role in the implementation of projects as well as regulations and rules of the Swiss Football League

Your Profile

Completed vocational training, excellent organisational skills

Passion for football and strong connection to the Winterthur sports scene

Strong communication skills and high customer orientation

High quality awareness, administrative skills

Flexibility, willingness to work evenings and weekends
