Our client, IT3 Immobilien + Treuhand AG, is a successful, owner-managed real estate service company with around 85 employees at the locations St. Gallen, Schaffhausen and Zurich. IT3 stands for high professional competence, short decision-making paths and a personal, partnership-based approach with customers and employees. The broad range of services extends from management to marketing to fiduciary services.
For the St. Gallen location, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial-minded person as Head of Property Management & Site Responsibility (m/f/d) as part of a long-term planned succession arrangement.

Tasks
In this versatile key position, you will take on the professional and personnel management of property management while simultaneously bearing entrepreneurial responsibility for the St. Gallen site. You will deliberately remain close to the operational business: you will manage selected, demanding mandates, support your employees in complex issues and ensure professional and customer-oriented management together with your team.
As the site manager, you will be responsible for the budget, actively shape the further development of the site and represent St. Gallen within the management of IT3. Together with your colleagues, you will identify market opportunities, further develop existing customer relationships and help to position IT3 sustainably in the market. You will benefit from short paths and genuine entrepreneurial scope for action.

Requirements
You have solid practical experience in property management and know the business. Further training as a real estate trustee is an ideal foundation but not a mandatory requirement. The professional certificate in property management is desirable. More important than a perfect CV is your personality: you enjoy taking responsibility, can inspire people for common goals and take pleasure in supporting employees. You are down-to-earth and approachable, can assert yourself at the same time and want to develop further both professionally and entrepreneurially. Initial leadership experience is welcome – however, your willingness to lead, your energy and your drive to shape things are decisive.
