The personnel department of the Presidential Department supports over 400 employees of the Winterthur museums and cultural institutions, urban development, libraries, the personnel office, the judiciary, and the city chancellery. We advise and support managers and employees in all personnel matters and ensure the implementation of the strategic guidelines of the city council as well as the uniform application of personnel law. We look forward to welcoming a hands-on, committed, and trustworthy HR professional immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the timely and accurate recording of hourly wages, expenses, daily allowances, bonuses, etc. in the SAP personnel information system
- Recording and maintenance of personal and payroll data
- General personnel administration tasks from entry to exit
- Claims management in case of accident / illness
- Processing in social insurance matters
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education as an HR assistant or HR specialist
- Experience in payroll and personnel administration
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality
- Independent and reliable working style
