Job Description
We are looking to lead and optimize logistics and warehousing operations at our Monthey production site, a
Site Logistics & Warehousing Supervisor
The position combines team management, operational excellence, and a high level of responsibility in terms of safety and regulatory compliance.
DESIRED PROFILE
Federal logistics certificate, Supply Chain diploma or equivalent
ADR and IATA/ICAO training – a plus
Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management
Leadership, safety awareness, and performance orientation
Proficiency in SAP, WMS, and office tools
Languages: Native French, fluent English
MAIN TASKS
Lead logistics and warehouse operations with a strong EHS focus
Manage and develop a team of 6 to 15 employees
Optimize logistics processes, internal flows, and performance KPIs
Manage the forklift fleet and internal/external transports
Ensure regulatory compliance for the transport of dangerous goods (ADR, IATA/ICAO)
Prepare and support audits and inspections
Participate in site and group logistics improvement projects
