Your flexible start in electronics production – with the option for more.

To strengthen our production teams, we are building a long-term employee pool. You will support us in assembly – depending on capacity requirements in various production areas and shift models. Initially on a fixed-term basis – tomorrow perhaps, depending on need/aptitude, permanently employed in the team. At Trafag, this is not just a phrase but lived practice.

This is why you get up in the morning:

• Assembly and final assembly of electromechanical components, sensor assemblies and devices
• Checking and testing (leak detection, insulation test, high-voltage test, intermediate and final inspection)
• Calibrating and adjusting sensor assemblies and devices (including cold and warm adjustment)
• Mechanical and electronic connection techniques (laser welding, bonding, soldering, crimping)
• Handling of production equipment (loading/unloading climate ovens, calibration systems)
• Documentation and quality assurance (error recording, SAP lists, certificates, labels, type plates)

What we expect from you:

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Experience in assembling small devices or electronic components is an advantage
• Basic computer skills 
• Good German language skills, spoken and written 
• You are reliable, punctual and work precisely 
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom 
• And very important: You like to pitch in and are flexible!

Good physical fitness is a prerequisite for working in our production, as you often perform your tasks standing up. 
Whether early bird or night owl – depending on the area of deployment, we offer suitable shift models:
• Day shift (Mon–Sat)• 2-shift operation (Mon – Sat early shift 05:40–14:30, late shift 14:15–23:00)• 3-shift operation (additionally night shift Sun–Fri 22:40–06:00)
 → The working time is 40 hours per week.
