At MAN Truck & Bus Switzerland AG in Otelfingen, you are the central hub between sales, customers, workshop, body manufacturers and internal departments.

Clerk for New Vehicle Order Processing (m/f/d)

 Your job

• You accompany new vehicle orders from ordering to delivery.
• You coordinate appointments, vehicle preparations, bodywork and deliveries.
• You keep an eye on delivery dates and order status and intervene if something does not go according to plan.
• You ensure that vehicle and order data are complete and correct.
• You coordinate with sales, workshop, body manufacturers and other partners.
• You take care of the necessary administrative tasks related to our new vehicles.
• And above all: You make sure that in the end everything is right – vehicle, appointment and documents.

What you bring with you

You have a commercial or technical education and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment. Experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is a big plus. Category C/CE licence already in your pocket? Perfect. Not yet? No problem – we support you on the way there.

You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner, can juggle several orders simultaneously and do not lose track even when things get hectic. SAP knowledge is an advantage. You are confident in German; further language skills are welcome.
