As a certified building maintenance specialist, you are a pro at inspecting and maintaining facilities in and around buildings. Apprenticeship start: August 1, 2026

Tasks & Responsibilities

Planning workflows and discussing and executing them as a team

Solving problems and fixing malfunctions

Environmentally responsible disposal or recycling of waste

Cleaning and repairing small vehicles, tools, and equipment

Checking inventory in the warehouse and reordering if necessary

Completed compulsory schooling

Manual dexterity and practical-technical understanding

Interest in planning and organizing workflows

Physical resilience

Curiosity, perseverance, and good concentration skills
