Security, a functioning infrastructure and the ability to remain operational even in exceptional situations are central to a bank. Together with your supervisor, you are the contact point for matters concerning physical security, responsible for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and ensure the maintenance and further development of our bank properties and physical infrastructure. You can expect a varied role with a lot of personal responsibility, scope for design and the opportunity to actively drive topics forward.What you can achieve
- You are the central contact person for physical security and continuously develop security measures and processes.
- You are responsible for Business Continuity Management (BCM), develop and maintain business impact analyses as well as BCM concepts and ensure their continuous further development.
- You coordinate maintenance work and expansion projects on our bank properties and physical infrastructure in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- You analyse and assess risks, derive appropriate measures and document them.
- You plan and accompany BCM exercises and tests with various internal and external stakeholders and derive improvement measures from them.
- You support the Head of Logistics with administrative and organisational tasks and contribute your technical understanding to the further development of our infrastructure.
What you bring with you
- Training with several years of professional experience or appropriate further education in the fields of building technology, building automation, physical security or Business Continuity Management; ideally with experience in the banking environment.
- An independent, resilient and proactive personality who drives tasks and projects forward independently.
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as the ability to prioritise different topics and recognise connections.
- Assertiveness and willingness to take responsibility.
- Technical understanding as well as interest in systems, infrastructures and their dependencies on hardware and software levels.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for technology as well as the willingness to continuously develop yourself and your area of responsibility.
