YOUR TASKS
- You are responsible for professional, interdisciplinary and evidence-based care of patients
- Your main tasks include participating in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures and implementing medical orders
- With us, you take on a lot of personal responsibility and independence in clinical decision-making
YOUR PROFILE
- Training as a qualified nurse / nursing specialist HF
- Several years of professional experience as a qualified nurse, preferably in an acute hospital
- Advanced skills in patient education, communication and clinical decision-making
- Good German language skills and ease with computer use
- Your outgoing personality and appreciative attitude towards patients, relatives and colleagues complete your profile
