Initial Situation

Attractive position for the declarant with experience (and/or interest) in the field of "food customs clearance".
A capable, straightforward team is looking forward to personnel support.

Tasks

• processing import shipments via e-dec/ Passar
• handling escort note clearances
• carrying out export clearances NCTS, creating transit documents
• processing CH export declarations and certificates of origin
• handling import clearances
• clarifying export clearances with customs office, creating applications at customs offices (replacement documents, customs conversions, etc.)
• clarifying customs-related issues with customs tariff (Tares) and/or directly with customs office
• exchanging queries with customers
• monitoring internal transfers (billing)
• carrying out general commercial activities related to the customs clearance business

Requirements

Several years of practical experience in the customs clearance sector in-house, or at a customs office
Experience in customs clearance (import) of food is an advantage

IT

E-Dec/ Passar, NCTS, MS Office programmes

Languages

German: good spoken and written
English: just what is needed on a "technical level" :-)
