Plant Operator in the Food Industry (m/f/d)

For our client in Pratteln (Baselland), we are looking for a plant operator in the food industry (m/f/d) 80-100% starting immediately

Tasks

• Conversion, operation and monitoring of sophisticated filling and packaging machines, especially sachet machines
  
• Independent adjustment and conversion of sachet machines
  
• Troubleshooting, quality defect resolution and identification of error sources
  
• Processing and optimisation of weaknesses on the assigned machine
  
• Ensuring compliance with, monitoring and enforcement of performance, quality, safety and hygiene regulations
  
• Leadership and guidance of the assigned employees at the machine
  
• Support of the technical department during revision and maintenance work
  
• Execution and documentation of process controls

Profile

• Completed technical training is a must
  
• Training as a plant operator or line leader is desirable.
  
• Professional experience in the cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, packaging or chemical industry is an advantage.
  
• Experience with sachet machines would be a great advantage
  
• Reliable, independent and forward-looking personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
  
• Teamwork and leadership skills.
  
• Responsible and precise working style
  
• German spoken and written
  
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Early shift: 05:45 - 14:30
• Late shift: 14:15 - 23:00
• Night shifts and Saturday work may be necessary during periods of high demand.
