What you achieve

In our protected living area for people with dementia or in an open living area, you will take on the following tasks:

Professional and individual care and support of the residents based on the conceptual foundation of the model of supportive process care
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing measures in compliance with the criteria of the nursing process and involving the affected residents and their reference persons
Co-designing optimal interdisciplinary collaboration with all those involved in the care and support process
Taking over shift responsibility in the department as well as house responsibility
Careful and complete management of nursing documentation
Accurate recording of nursing and care services as well as the used nursing and consumable materials

What distinguishes you

Completed vocational training as a certified nursing specialist (HF, FH, AKP, DNII, DNI, PSYKP) or equivalent diploma recognized by the SRK
Experience in long-term care and working with elderly people
User knowledge of the CareCoach software (nursing documentation) is an advantage
Empathetic and resilient personality with a high level of commitment
Very good written and spoken German skills
