The privately run senior centre in the heart of the city of Winterthur offers a living and life space for 150 residents where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. The Senior Centre Wiesengrund is a recognised and popular establishment in the healthcare sector.

The newly created Quality Management staff position is a central specialist office for the methodological and system-based further development of our organisation. It creates the framework conditions for reliable quality, clear processes and continuous improvement and supports management and specialist departments in practical quality development.

For the further development and sustainable anchoring of our quality management, we are looking for a committed and experienced person as of 1 January 2027 as

Responsible Person Quality Management (QMV) 60 to 80 %

As QMV, you design and operate our quality management methodically and systemically. You create and maintain clear methodological and systemic framework conditions and support the responsible employees in independently developing and implementing processes, standards and improvements in their area.

In doing so, you combine a binding methodological audit role with a professionally strong, advisory and enabling attitude.

You provide orientation, ensure methodological quality and bring together different perspectives.

Your main areas of focus

• Establishment, anchoring and continuous further development of the QM system
• Management of the QM system implementation project
• Process management and document control
• Methodical quality assurance of processes and documents
• Coordination and further development of e-learning and ensuring that necessary new learning needs are recognised in good time, the content is developed by subject matter experts and the learning sequences are anchored in continuing education management
• Consulting and enabling process and subject matter managers
• Coordination of improvements and internal audits
• Promotion of a lived quality, learning and improvement culture

What you bring with you

You have a higher education and further training in quality management, process management or organisational development. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in a corresponding environment and proven experience in managing complex implementation or change projects.

You work in a structured, independent and pragmatic manner, can make complex contexts understandable and appear clear and binding in methodological matters. At the same time, you bring the necessary consulting and moderation skills to win people over to change and accompany them in it.

Professional experience in the health, social or long-term care sector as well as an affinity for digital learning formats are advantageous.
