About the job

As a prospective Production Mechanic EFZ, you will acquire basic skills and knowledge in manual and machine manufacturing as well as in assembly technology. You will learn both the operation of CNC lathes for the production of mechanical parts and the assembly of assemblies with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components. With this comprehensive training program, you lay the foundation for a versatile and future-oriented career in industrial manufacturing and assembly.

CNC manufacturing

Getting to know the structure and function of CNC machines
Setting up, commissioning, and monitoring CNC machines
Carrying out and documenting inspections
Performing maintenance and servicing of CNC machines

Assembly

Assembly of assemblies and components (instruments)
Laser welding and marking
Sandblasting
Cable assembly
Assembly of devices and testing of operating systems

Your profile

You are attending secondary or middle school
You have good grades in mathematics, geometry, and German
Enjoyment of technical contexts and manual skills
You have good spatial imagination
You are a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented personality
