What you bring with you…

You are a warm, reliable and creative personality with a completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ or with corresponding experience

You work carefully and conscientiously - for you, cooking is more than just a profession

Your manners are impeccable and the team spirit, also across departments, is very important to you

Your German and/or English skills are good

Your daily work with us...

You are part of the team in the gardemanger, which accomplishes great things behind the scenes

You are jointly responsible for the preparation of dishes, the organisation of the station as well as planning, production, storage and ordering

During service times, under the guidance of our Executive Chef and the Head Chef, you send out dishes in consistently high quality

You process raw materials and ingredients carefully and attentively, which are mainly produced in an animal- and environmentally friendly way in the region

You professionally supervise employees working in your area

You inspire our guests with your creations
