Your Role
You ensure that the production process in salt manufacturing is efficient, safe, and of high quality – always considering the requirements for quality, environmental protection, and occupational safety. Additionally, you contribute to the continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes by applying principles of Operational Excellence and Industry 4.0.

- Control and monitoring of salt production
- Optimisation of processes and quality assurance
- Analysis and documentation of quality data
- Maintenance and care of production facilities
- Support with repairs and maintenance
- Use of digital control systems
- Analysis of production data for improvements and co-creation of Industry 4.0 solutions
- Compliance with occupational safety and environmental guidelines
- Improvement of safety measures
Your qualities as a professional and person
- Successfully completed technical or process engineering training, e.g. as a chemical technologist, automation technician, mechanic, electrician, or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in a production environment, ideally in an industrial setting is an advantage
- Good technical understanding of equipment and production processes
- Experience in process control, fault analysis, and collaboration with maintenance and operations is advantageous
- Knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanics, or automation is a plus
- Experience with digitised production systems and automation technology is advantageous
- Knowledge in Operational Excellence
- Very good skills in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Careful and responsible way of working
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Your pragmatic personality, seasoned with a pinch of humour, makes you a team player
