To strengthen our team in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated specialist with doer qualities who already has experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of initiatives or projects in Swiss banks. We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement for the implementation of our customer mandates, as:

Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer Front Banking / Customer Interface (m/f)

WHAT AWAITS YOU

• Responsible for identifying and specifying requirements in collaboration with the specialist departments of our customers
• Modeling, verifying, and describing business processes according to BPMN 2.0
• Organizing, moderating workshops, and documenting requirements or creating concepts (UML, Use Cases, process diagrams, etc.)
• Link between specialist departments, IT partners, and software suppliers
• Support in testing, definition of test cases, error analysis, user training, and support
• Consulting and support of specialist departments in various matters

WHAT WE EXPECT

• More than 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or Requirements Engineer in a Swiss bank in the area of client onboarding, investment advice, or customer consulting
• Experience in agile project approaches as well as the BPMN 2.0 and UML methodology
• A certification as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst is an advantage
• Communicative, independent personality with an affinity for digitalization topics
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a confident appearance in negotiations
• Fluent German and flexible regarding national travel activities
