We are a team of specialists in Microsoft technologies within ELCA, the largest and most successful independent IT service provider in Switzerland. Due to the growing number of projects in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking for you as a new team member.
Your preferred ELCA location can be in Basel, Bern, or Zurich.
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Project Manager, you work on projects of very different complexity. From simple standard solutions to complex and highly integrated systems. You support customers of different sizes and from various economic sectors.
- You manage multidisciplinary projects with Dynamics 365 CE across all phases, from definition to implementation. You motivate and support your team and ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and resource planning
- You prepare offers, create customer presentations, and support pre-sales activities. In addition, you actively participate in projects (requirements engineering, architecture, and realisation)
- You accompany customers in all phases of the project and maintain close communication with them
- You support various project managers and consultants in carrying out their projects
- You ensure compliance with all quality guidelines
- Active contribution to business expansion in the CRM area within a leading Swiss IT service company and by integrating modern software solutions to accompany companies in digitalisation and prepare them for a successful future

- Bachelor or Master degree advantageous in computer science or engineering
- Several years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CE projects, ideally with own development experience
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager of IT projects as well as in leading consultants and developers in integration environments
- Certifications such as MB-200 are advantageous
- Familiarity with various PM methods such as SCRUM, HERMES, RUP, etc.
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form. French is a plus
