About the job
For our Agogic Specialist Unit at the Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for a personality as of June 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Tasks
- Ensuring future-oriented agogic work and implementation of our agogic framework concept
- Ensuring the necessary educational and sports offerings for PRA learners (clients) as well as supplementary support for EBA learners
- Professional and personnel management of internal teachers as well as employees of the Agogic Specialist Unit
- Training and coaching of management and specialist staff in agogic topics (UN-CRPD, inclusion, person-centeredness, empowerment, and others)
- Organization and further development of internal training, consulting, and educational offerings for staff as well as clients
- Responsibility for implementation and documentation of agogic processes
- Structured approach in implementing the documentation requirements of the canton and certification bodies
- Topic leadership in supported communication and easy language
- Participation in the prevention and reporting office
Profile
- Several years of experience working with people with cognitive and/or psychological impairments
- Completed training in social pedagogy and/or psychology as well as additional professional experience and broad expertise
- Leadership training, further education in methodology/didactics of adult education (SVEB or similar); conversation management, counseling/coaching, and expertise in prevention and reporting office are advantageous
- High leadership and presentation competence
- Independent working style, good work organization
- Very good oral and written communication and didactic skills
- Basic knowledge in supported communication and easy language
- Good IT user skills (MS Office), Metasearch and/or Boardmaker are advantageous
