Introduction

We are Ado Esthétique SA and are looking for a nurse, medical assistant to contribute to the professional and attentive care of our female and male patients.

Responsibilities

In this employee role, you will ensure the nursing, medical assistance, and coordination activities necessary for the smooth running of consultations and aesthetic treatments, in collaboration with the team.

• Welcome female and male patients, collect useful information, and prepare their care to ensure a clear and attentive journey.
• Prepare rooms, equipment, and files before consultations or treatments to ensure organised and hygienic working conditions.
• Assist doctors and specialists during medical and aesthetic procedures to facilitate their smooth progress.
• Perform nursing care within your area of expertise to ensure safe and appropriate follow-up.
• Explain instructions before and after treatments to enable patients to correctly follow recommendations.
• Document care, observations, and relevant information in medical records to ensure continuity and traceability of care.
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and communication with the team to maintain smooth organisation.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and confidentiality rules to preserve the quality of care and patients’ trust.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable, organised person focused on patients, capable of working precisely in a medical and aesthetic environment.

• Training and experience in nursing, medical assistance, or a comparable field.
• Skills in preparation and assistance during medical consultations and treatments.
• Knowledge of hygiene, asepsis, safety, and confidentiality rules applicable to care.
• Ability to observe a person’s condition, convey relevant information, and ensure structured follow-up.
• Ease in welcoming, listening to, and explaining instructions to patients.
• Organisation, precision, sense of responsibility, and ability to collaborate with a medical team.
• Training in hair transplantation - PRP injection - other aesthetic treatments and medicine (laser hair removal...)

What we offer

• - Fixed hours 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday
• - Possibility of Wednesday off
• - 13th month salary
• - Percentage on certain procedures
