Your Mission

You ensure that our maintenance department operates economically, efficiently and with a customer-oriented approach. With your organisational talent and overview, your leadership skills and your eye for numbers, you continuously develop the department and create the foundation for satisfied customers and a motivated team.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for quotations, invoicing and cost control in the maintenance area
• Planning of deployments and resources in collaboration with the foremen
• Support and advice for our customers
• Acquisition of new maintenance mandates and care of existing customer relationships
• Organisation of maintenance work for the Erlenbach cemetery and the shredding service
• Management of technical administration including AVOR, material procurement and reporting
• Introduction and implementation of efficient processes as well as innovative ideas
• Participation in personnel planning, further training and employee evaluations
  

Your Profile

• Training as a landscape gardener EFZ, ideally with further advanced training
• Several years of professional experience in gardening and landscaping
• Leadership experience and organisational skills
• Enjoyment of customer contact, numbers and economic thinking
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, AbaBau or comparable systems)
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
