☀️It is 07:15 am. The sun is just rising over the rooftops as our Anna, qualified HF, starts her car. Her first visit takes her to Mrs Keller, 82, who needs support after a fall. Anna rings the bell, is greeted with a smile – and with: «I was already looking forward to seeing you.»
