Such and similar questions are asked daily of our customer advisors in the area of compensation for loss of earnings. You maintain lively telephone and written contact with our customers and advise them on questions relating to compensation for loss of earnings and maternity compensation. You review the applications and determine the entitlements. Your interesting tasks also include handling objections.

You convince us both professionally and personally.

A prerequisite for this varied and demanding job is a commercial apprenticeship. Alternatively, you have another three-year vocational training and a completed commercial school.

You are a person who likes to think along, take initiative, and perform at your best in a dynamic environment. Personal responsibility and team spirit go hand in hand with you. Efficient working is a matter of course for you, whether it involves demanding tasks or routine work.
