- Good anchoring in the region and residence in the immediate vicinity
- Proven success in the financial services sector or insurance industry
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages advantageous
- Independent and goal-oriented working style as well as high commitment and initiative
- Assertiveness, strong communication skills and negotiation ability
