This is what you can expect
- In this role, you will accompany Key Account Managers in sales conversations and be responsible for sustainable, competent consulting of partners, integrators, and end customers both remotely and on-site.
- You will conduct feasibility studies, create and review complex offers, and share responsibility for revenue, conversion rate, and the technical quality of solutions in project business.
- You actively maintain relationships with manufacturers and technology partners to be informed early about innovations, trends, and projects, deriving business opportunities from them – including ensuring data quality and project maintenance in relevant business tools (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Your continuous education and ongoing updating of expertise, including relevant certifications, will be purposefully applied in customer marketing actions, customer events, partner training, and internal training.
- You will work closely with Sales, Commercial, and other departments.
This is what you bring
- Completed commercial basic training with technical further education or technical basic training with commercial further education, supplemented by further training in marketing, sales, and/or at a higher technical school, ideally with an advanced qualification in the ICT field.
- Several years of experience in account or key account management, in customer relationship management, and/or in the creation of complex offers and contracts.
- Proven professional experience in consulting and implementing solutions with a focus on ProAV & Communication, as well as a good network of relationships in this environment.
- Confident and efficient handling of IT infrastructures and common business tools such as CRM and ERP systems.
- Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident appearance in customer contact, and analytical thinking ability to develop future-proof solutions.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and self-motivated manner even in dynamic project situations and bring a high level of personal responsibility, technological curiosity, and willingness to travel of up to 60%.
