The HR department provides support in all matters of personnel management. As maternity cover we are looking for a service-oriented personality from February 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026, as
- Independently handling administrative processes such as entries, exits, and changes in employment relationships
- Administrative and organizational support for the HR department head and your team colleague
- Recording and maintaining personnel master data in ABACUS as well as managing time tracking in AbaTime
- Creating meaningful interim and final certificates
- Assisting with the monthly absence control
- Supporting managers and employees on various personnel-related questions
- Opportunity to take on tasks in personnel recruitment
- have a commercial basic education with further training as an HR clerk
- have professional experience in a comparable position and preferably in a public administration
- have good user knowledge (MS Office/Abacus/Swiss+/Refline)
- have a structured, efficient, and precise way of working
- are an open and humorous personality with high social competence and team spirit
