- You take main responsibility for the supervision and qualification of the student paramedics
- You actively participate in the recruitment process of new students
- You support the person responsible for training in internal further education and team training

- You are a certified paramedic HF and have at least two years of professional experience
- You look forward to using your further education in andragogy (e.g. SVEB 1) and your expertise profitably for the students
- Your empathetic and open manner is an enrichment – both for our students and for our team
- You are characterized by a sense of responsibility and initiative and accompany students with commitment and joy
- You are ready for continuous personal further education and training
