As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for a motivated receptionist intern.
As a receptionist intern, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming patients and managing the reception
- Supporting billing and administrative tasks
- Handling phone calls and appointments
- Assisting with various office tasks
- Commercial employee training or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with common computer tools (MS Office, management software)
- Fluent in French and good knowledge of English
