• Operation and monitoring of data processing systems as well as control from the operations control centre on four platforms (zOS, AIX, Linux, Windows) from four environments (DEVE, TEST, QUAL, PROD)
• Preparation and execution of deployment tasks for technical and application releases including stopping/starting applications and system components
• Contribution in key areas to the stability, availability and continuous development of IT systems
• Control of batch processing via scheduler with complex, cross-platform system dependencies
• Planning, preparing and executing processing orders
• Analysing system messages, initiating transition and contingency measures in case of faults and dispatching on-call units
• Clarifying, documenting and resolving exceptional situations in batch processing and faulty system states
• Initiating and monitoring necessary maintenance and servicing work

• Ideally, you have solid experience in zOS, AIX, Linux and Windows
• You are comfortable leading processing, maintenance and failure logs as well as statistics and control documents
• The topics of dispatching resources, coordinating and independently managing shift operations and on-call duty are familiar to you
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Willingness to perform on-call duty at weekends
• Service-oriented thinking, technical know-how combined with business expertise and appropriate communication awareness
• A winning personality with assertiveness
• Confident demeanour and very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
