To turn our concepts into built reality, we are looking for reinforcement in construction management: a personality who confidently leads interior and tenant fit-outs from 500 to several thousand square metres from tendering to commissioning.

What exciting tasks will you take on with us?

• Part of the project team: Internally, you work closely with our project managers and act as the bridge between planning and construction site.
• Tendering & awarding: You prepare tender documents and specifications, obtain offers, compare them, and prepare the awarding. You negotiate with contractors and thus lay the foundation for on-time and cost-secure implementation.
• Contracts for work: You prepare contracts for work with the contractors and define scope of services, deadlines, and conditions.
• Coordination of specialist planning: You coordinate the specialist planners (e.g. electrical or HVAC) in the relevant phases and ensure their plans mesh.
• Construction management & execution: You lead the on-site execution and manage all involved trades. You plan and control schedules, lead construction meetings, check the quality of work, and ensure that our concepts are implemented exactly as intended.
• Safety & health protection: You ensure that everyone works safely on our construction sites. You implement the requirements for occupational safety and health protection and coordinate the measures with the contractors.
• Costs & controlling: You monitor the budget, check invoices and change orders, conduct cost control, and identify deviations before they become a problem.
• Acceptance & completion: You organise acceptances and defect management, accompany commissioning, and hand over finished working environments to clients including complete documentation and final accounting.
• Warranty & aftercare: Even after handover, you remain the contact person. You accompany the warranty period, follow up on warranty defects with contractors, and organise warranty acceptances so that our clients enjoy their new working environments in the long term.

You are exactly right with us if..

• You have completed training or further education in construction, for example as a construction manager HF, with a federal certificate of competence, as a structural draughtsperson, with a basic craft education in interior fit-out and suitable further training, or with a degree in architecture or interior architecture.
• You have at least five years of experience in construction management, ideally in interior or tenant fit-outs.
• You know the entire process according to SIA, from tendering through commissioning to final accounting.
• You lead on site with a clear stance and meet clients confidently and on equal terms.
• You work in a structured way and keep costs and schedules under control even with several parallel projects.
• Ideally, you have already worked with Vectorworks and Delta Project.
• You communicate confidently in German and English. French or Italian are a plus.
• You like variety and look forward to implementing projects at different locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
