What you can achieve
- You operate and manage our modern packing and production equipment in cheese packaging, ensuring a smooth production process.
- During production, you continuously monitor the equipment and detect deviations or malfunctions early.
- You independently analyse minor malfunctions and initiate appropriate measures to keep interruptions as short as possible.
- You consistently ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards in daily production.
- Additionally, you carry out cleaning tasks on the equipment and carefully check the production orders.
What you bring with you
- You have completed a recognised apprenticeship as a plant operator or have experience in a comparable production environment.
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with production equipment distinguish you.
- A reliable, careful, and quality-conscious working style is a matter of course for you.
- Good German language skills help you to understand processes, documentation, and work instructions securely.
- Working in a 3-shift system is no problem for you.
