Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a committed individual as Project Manager: Architecture to handle and lead demanding architectural projects, competitions and studies. You will take responsibility from conceptual project development through detailed planning to coordinating the involved specialist disciplines. Particular importance is given to architectural design, competition handling and precise project development. Planning is carried out digitally with ArchiCAD, with a focus on a structured and technically sound implementation of design ideas.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling and management of architectural projects, competitions and studies
Development of architectural concepts and design solutions for various building projects
Processing of feasibility studies, variants and project developments
Management of projects from the concept and design phase to detailed planning
Creation and coordination of floor plans, sections, facades and project plans
Digital project processing and modelling with ArchiCAD
Development of constructive, design-related and material-specific detail solutions
Coordination of specialist planners, experts and other project participants
Consultation with clients and authorities within the scope of project development
Ensuring architectural and planning quality as well as adherence to deadlines and project specifications
Preparation of competition, presentation and project documentation
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture FH/ETH/University or comparable education
Professional experience in project management and planning of building projects
Experience in handling competitions and studies is an advantage
Very good and professional user knowledge of ArchiCAD
Solid understanding of design, construction and architectural detailing
Knowledge of Swiss planning processes and SIA phases is an advantage
Good German language skills spoken and written
