Head of Smart Workplace (m/f)

Your area of responsibility

• Building, leading, and further developing the Smart Workplace division
• Defining the offer & service strategy (portfolio, roadmap, pricing, partnering)
• Technical leadership of the Smart Workplace team (consultants, engineers)
• Recruiting new team members and developing existing employees in cooperation with the line organization
• Promoting an innovation-oriented, customer-focused team culture
• Supporting sales in tenders, customer presentations, workshops
• Building and maintaining strategic partnerships (e.g., Microsoft, hardware/software partners)
• Initiating and accompanying customer-specific transformation projects (Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration, security, automation)
• Ensuring high solution quality and customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Several years of experience in Modern Workplace / Digital Workplace / M365 consulting, on-premises and cloud
• Very good knowledge in areas such as: Microsoft 365, endpoint management, Windows 11, Autopilot, VDI, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, collaboration/communication
• Security & compliance in the M365 environment
• Experience in leading projects and technical teams
• Understanding of economic key figures and business models
• Certifications such as MS or AZ are a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and pronounced leadership qualities
• Ability to build and further develop a specialist area in a structured way
• Communicative personality with a convincing presence
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills; French is an advantage
