To strengthen our team in the Pension Department, we are looking for a motivated and committed Junior Specialist*in Pension, 60–100%, at the Basel Headquarters location from approx. 01.08.2026.

Your responsibilities
- You handle benefit cases in the areas of retirement, death, and disability.
- You conduct written correspondence and provide telephone information in German, Italian, and possibly French.
- You advise employees as well as future retirees personally (depending on profile and expertise).
- You ensure the quality of work through checks according to the four-eyes principle.
- You maintain master data and are responsible for monthly pension and capital payments.
- You support system tests as well as continuous process optimization.
- You take over first-level support for the insured portal.

Your profile
- You have completed commercial training, ideally in the social insurance sector.
- You speak fluent German and Italian; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- You are confident with MS Office and modern IT tools.
- You work independently, reliably, and responsibly.
- You enjoy customer contact and like working in a team.
- You are willing to learn and open to change.
