Your tasks include ...
- ensuring evidence-based and person-centred care quality and continuously developing it further.
- developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing standards, concepts, and guidelines.
- professionally advising and supporting nursing teams and further developing them through training and coaching.
- conducting clinical assessments, creating individual recommendations for action, and supporting residents and their relatives in complex care situations.
- promoting the self-determination, quality of life, and palliative care of our residents.
- working closely with internal and external professionals in an interprofessional manner.
- actively shaping the strategic further development of nursing.
You fit with us if you ...
- hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) with a focus on Advanced Practice Nursing (APN) or an equivalent qualification.
- have several years of professional experience – ideally in long-term care, geriatrics, or gerontopsychiatry.
- possess pronounced clinical expertise in complex care and support situations.
- enjoy advising, coaching, and supporting staff in their development.
- convince with your social and communication skills and enthusiastically embrace innovations and change processes.

The Am Bachgraben Retirement Home is more than a place to live; it is a home for over 210 residents. With over 320 dedicated employees, we offer not only a wide range of care and support but also specialised assistance for people with dementia and in palliative care. Additionally, we support our residents with acute medical needs and provide holistic and compassionate care in old age. Our offering is complemented by 85 age-appropriate apartments and numerous services.
