In this varied and exciting role, you will take on central administrative tasks that not only give you versatile insights but also actively involve you in significant projects and the further development of our Business Support & Dispatch North team. You will be part of a dedicated team that works together on innovative solutions and warmly welcomes your ideas and support.

Your main tasks:

- Ensuring correct, complete, and timely billing within the framework of a customer mandate
- Processing and tracking work orders in our CAFM tools
- Coordination and follow-up of orders and order processes
- Creating and terminating supplier contracts
- Support in additional business support topics depending on need and priority

Your profile:

- Commercial training EFZ or E-profile as well as professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- You have a high IT affinity and sound knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, as well as good database knowledge
- You possess pronounced analytical skills and work in a structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented manner
- You are team-oriented and appreciate collaboration in a dynamic, versatile environment
- You have a high level of initiative and a pronounced "hands-on mentality"
- Confident German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
