What awaits you Communication and cooperation professional: You act as a central interface between the teams in India, underwriting, and other specialist departments. With your organisational talent, you ensure seamless information exchange, coordinate process changes, and make sure all parties are always well informed. You ensure that implementation runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest quality. Backstage expert in underwriting: Dive behind the scenes of underwriting and discover which processes, measures, and fine adjustments are necessary to ensure the highest quality at AXA GBS. Your expertise ensures that all steps are optimally coordinated. Quality guardian: You always keep an eye on quality standards and continuously develop measures for improvement. You identify weaknesses, analyse causes, and implement targeted optimisations to maintain the high standard at AXA GBS. Underwriting hero: You relieve underwriting of administrative tasks through tactical and strategic efficiency measures (sourcing, robotics, harmonisation, AI) and enable our underwriters to fully concentrate on the core business. In doing so, you make a valuable contribution to strengthening efficiency and focus in underwriting. Designer: Discover the fascinating world of process outsourcing, modelling, and improvement. Your creative thinking is needed here to develop innovative solutions through sourcing, robotics, harmonisation, AI and to make existing processes more efficient! You independently coordinate with underwriting to prepare AXA GBS for the next steps and ensure smooth operations. What you bring Insurance expertise: You are well versed in the insurance industry and bring relevant experience. Knowledge in project and process management: Ideally, you have already successfully worked on projects and improvement processes and know how to design processes efficiently. Motivation & interest: You bring a desire for change, are open to new challenges, and want to actively participate in the transformation process. Your motivation drives you to learn new things and improve processes. Personal responsibility & initiative: You are adaptable and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. With your proactive attitude, you tackle tasks independently, find creative solutions, and contribute ideas to continuously improve processes.
