Apprentice Hospitality and Housekeeping Specialist EFZ (m/f/d)
Do you have an eye for aesthetics and enjoy working with your team to ensure our guests feel completely comfortable at Pilatus Kulm? Then apply now for an apprenticeship starting August 2027 as a Hospitality and Housekeeping Specialist EFZ.
What you can achieve
- Cleaning and preparation of hotel rooms and premises, maintenance and room design, laundry supply, decoration, hygiene
- Cleaning tasks in the office (washing up, tidying materials, refilling washing and cleaning agents)
- Service for half-board, à la carte and banquet guests, breakfast preparation, mise en place, food hygiene
- Guest care at the reception from greeting to farewell including check-in, check-out, reservations, administrative tasks
- Ordering and managing goods in logistics, storage of food and beverages, waste separation
- Business management and organisation
- Occupational safety and health protection
What sets you apart
- Successful completion of secondary school
- Enjoy working independently as well as in a team
- Good comprehension and motivation to learn new things
- Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Warm, reliable and service-oriented personality
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends (one to two times per week late shifts including overnight stays on the mountain)
