To strengthen the ERP team, we are looking for a committed personality as an ERP Consultant for anica ag, who combines technical understanding with consulting competence and supports customers in the introduction and further development of modern ERP solutions.

Your challenge

The role combines customer consulting and technical implementation in equal parts and offers you the opportunity to accompany ERP projects holistically. You will be responsible for the following areas:

• Analysis & Consulting
  • Analysis of business processes and recording of customer requirements
  • Design of practical ERP solutions for SMEs
  • Consulting customers throughout the entire project duration
  • Conducting workshops and user training sessions
• ERP Implementation & Process Design
  • Parameterisation and configuration of the ERP solution
  • Collaboration on interfaces and technical adjustments
  • Support with migrations and system expansions
  • Cooperation with software development and internal specialists
• Customer Support & Further Development
  • Long-term support of existing customers
  • Participation in varied ERP projects
  • Continuous optimisation of existing solutions and processes

Your qualities and talents

• Technical education at HF, FH or university level (BSc/MSc) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in development or the ERP environment; experience in industrial or production-related environments is an advantage
• Good knowledge of SQL; knowledge in customising and interfaces is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as optimisation of business processes
• Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
• Confident German language skills and understanding of Swiss German; French skills are an advantage
