What you will accomplish with us
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of HVACSE systems
- Responsibility for necessary inspections, revisions, and technical documentation of the systems
- Assistance with moving actions or furniture repairs
- Partial deployments in the maintenance of outdoor facilities
- Building maintenance including structural remodeling work
- On-call duties several times a year including evening lock rounds
What you bring with you
- Basic vocational training, preferably in the HVACSE field
- Additional training in operational maintenance or as a caretaker with a federal diploma is an advantage
- Willingness to assist in all work areas
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form including good PC skills
- Enjoy working with machines and systems
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style with a high sense of responsibility
