For a newly created position, we are looking for a brand-affine personality who combines creative ideas with commercial thinking and makes marketing visible where purchasing decisions are made – at the POS, online and through relevant digital touchpoints.
In this versatile role, you actively shape our brands and accompany campaigns, product launches and trade marketing activations. Together with marketing, sales, customers and external partners, you bring topics into implementation, analyse market and sales data and develop measures in a targeted manner. You can expect plenty of creative freedom, personal responsibility and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and make a visible impact.

Your role – with real impact
- Actively shape brands: Support in the development and implementation of brand and marketing plans along the entire customer journey
- Bring campaigns to life: Collaborate on product launches, promotions and seasonal activations in retail, e-commerce and on social media
- Advance trade marketing: Plan and coordinate measures for retail partners and sales outlets as well as support implementation at the POS
- Ensure brand presence: Maintain product, brand and communication content and ensure consistent communication across all relevant touchpoints (sales documents, POS materials and digital advertising media)
- Develop digital channels: Design and implement social media and digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and demand
- Connect interfaces: Close collaboration with customers, retail partners, external agencies as well as internal marketing and sales teams
- Keep measures in view: Manage budgets and timings and ensure professional and timely implementation
- Turn data into insights: Analyse market, customer, sales and campaign data and derive concrete optimisation measures
- Recognise trends early: Monitor market and consumer trends as well as competitor activities and transfer relevant insights into marketing activities
- Contribute and take responsibility: Provide administrative and organisational support to the marketing and sales teams with the opportunity to increasingly take on your own topics and projects
What you bring – marketing and sales experience, personality & implementation strength
- Solid foundation: Completed studies in marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience: Experience in brand management, trade marketing, digital marketing or a comparable environment
- FMCG & retail understanding: Initial experience with retail, POS and promotion processes in FMCG, retail or consumer goods environment
- Digital know-how: Good understanding of relevant social media platforms as well as initial experience with SEO, web analytics, CRM and marketing automation
- Confident use of tools: Very good MS Office skills as well as experience with Canva and ideally Adobe Creative Cloud
- Analytical thinking: Confident handling of KPIs, reports and relevant market, customer and sales data
- Results-focused: Ability to derive concrete optimisation measures from data and market information
- Structured & reliable: Keep an overview even with several parallel tasks, carefully coordinate marketing measures, projects and timings and work in a solution-oriented manner
- Hands-on & proactive: Develop ideas, take responsibility and independently bring topics into implementation
- Communicative & customer-oriented: Strong communication skills and team-oriented in dealing with internal and external contacts, with a pronounced understanding of customer needs and a clear focus on commercial impact and results
- Creative & implementation-strong: Contribute own ideas and implement them pragmatically and with high quality standards
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills an advantage
