In the coding department, you take on the professional and personnel management
You continuously develop the coding processes and competently support the clinics in coding-related issues
You take responsibility for cross-departmental tasks and projects
You code inpatient cases from all specialist areas precisely and with quality awareness

This is what you bring with you

As a medical coder or with comparable qualifications, you bring several years of experience as a medical documentation assistant, medical documentalist, or coding specialist in a hospital environment
Sound knowledge in medical controlling and handling relevant coding systems distinguishes you
You have experience in leading teams or are willing to specifically develop yourself in this area
You convince in everyday life through pronounced communication skills, high reliability and integrative ability, as well as a high degree of initiative and independence
