The Copartner Revision AG is an established, medium-sized company based in Basel. Around 40 employees look after over 700 mostly long-standing clients in the areas of auditing, fiduciary & taxes as well as business consulting.

To strengthen our young and dynamic fiduciary team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded person as Mandate Manager. In this role, you take responsibility for your own mandate portfolio and have the opportunity to develop professionally and strategically.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of financial accounting with mandate responsibility
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Responsible for VAT returns and tax declarations
• Management of demanding client portfolios
• Consulting and support of our clients as a trusted contact person
• Coaching of the employees assigned to your mandates
• Active contribution to the further development of digital processes

You bring with you:

• Expert diploma or Federal Certificate of Competence in Fiduciary or Finance & Accounting or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
• Sound knowledge in the area of VAT and annual financial statements
• Very good German and good English skills (spoken & written)
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact, structured and reliable working style
• Knowledge of ABACUS, bexio and/or odoo is an advantage
