Health Specialist 50-100% (m/f/d)

- Supporting residents with geriatric conditions in daily life

- Promoting the independence and quality of life of residents

- Creating and implementing individual care plans

- Co-designing and optimising the care process

- Collaborating with nursing professionals and doctors

- Ensuring precise and efficient documentation

- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

- Experience in geriatrics or somatic long-term care

- Empathy and professional competence in dealing with elderly people

- Independent and structured way of working

- Teamwork skills in a dynamic environment

- Experience with easyDOK and RAI documentation
