For the Raiffeisenbank Schaffhausen, a modern, successful and locally focused bank headquartered in Schaffhausen with a branch office in Neunkirch, we are seeking, due to the retirement of the previous branch manager, for our branch in Neunkirch from 01.03.2027 or by arrangement, a committed, strong leadership and sales-oriented personality as Branch Manager 80-100%. In this role, you will lead and develop a dedicated team of four employees and actively shape the further development of the branch.Branch Manager
What can you expect?
- You will lead the Neunkirch branch both professionally and disciplinarily, develop your employees purposefully and promote a performance-oriented as well as appreciative leadership culture.
- You are responsible for the sales, earnings, cost and quality targets of your branch and ensure an efficient use of personnel and financial resources.
- You manage your own customer portfolio in the investment and wealth customer segment and support your clients in the areas of investing, provision, financing, securing and housing.
- You identify customer potential, use sales opportunities purposefully, acquire new customers and position Raiffeisen as a comprehensive solution provider.
- You actively promote internal and external referral business and work closely with internal specialists as well as external partners.
- You support your team in demanding advisory and investment topics, ensure a high quality of advice and act as a professional contact person within the bank.
- You represent Raiffeisenbank Schaffhausen in Neunkirch and the region, actively maintain your network and engage in customer events, market development measures and campaigns.
- You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as internal guidelines.
What do you bring with you?
- Completed banking training as well as higher banking-specific further education (HF, FH, banking economist, financial planner or comparable).
- Several years of experience in investment and wealth advisory as well as in the support of demanding clients.
- Initial leadership experience or proven experience in the professional leadership of employees.
- Sound knowledge in the areas of investing, provision and financing.
- Strong advisory, sales and acquisition skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as high result and customer orientation.
- Authentic personality with high social competence, assertiveness and joy in developing employees.
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working.
- Confident handling of digital advisory and sales solutions.
- Certification or willingness to obtain one.
