Your Tasks
- Leadership and coaching of an interprofessional team
- As a manager, you are part of the extended clinic management
- Co-design of our contemporary, patient-oriented treatment concepts
- Close cooperation with other inpatient and outpatient services of lups
- Supervision of our assistant doctors and psychologists as well as participation in their further training and education
- Project tasks
Your Profile
- Completed specialist title as a specialist psychologist for psychotherapy FSP
- You enjoy working in a motivated, interdisciplinary team and take pleasure in an independent activity
- Experience and special interest in the acute psychiatric field
- Flexible, humorous, and resilient personality
