Your Tasks
- Implementation of demanding customer projects with current Microsoft Azure solutions
- Consulting, conception, project coordination, implementation, testing, documentation of Azure solutions for SMEs and enterprise customers
- Participation in 3rd level support and cross-team support in projects
- Support as a specialist for our pre-sales and sales teams in creating offers
- Conducting workshops at the customer
- Participation in the Competence Center in developing standards and processes as well as training and enabling other colleagues
Your Profile
- Completed training as a system technician EFZ or equivalent IT training
- Several years of experience as a system engineer, preferably in the IT service environment
- In-depth knowledge of Azure Infrastructure, basic services, and landing zones
- Know-how in the areas of Azure Migrate, networking, security, AVD, container service, and governance
- Knowledge of other Azure services such as analytics, IoT, databases, DevOps or also IaC, Terraform, Biceps is an advantage
- Interest in new technologies and willingness for continuous development through training and certifications
- Enjoy working in the IT service provider environment and the associated customer contact as well as travel activity
- Very good German and good English skills
