Our team consists of experienced real estate professionals who develop and implement innovative solutions together. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced specialist in real estate accounting.

Your role with us:

As a real estate accountant, you are the competent contact person for all business partners and customers for numerical enquiries regarding the properties we manage. You are the central specialist office for all financial tasks and serve both our property managers as well as owners, auditors, craftsmen, authorities and various other involved parties.

Your tasks:

• Independent accounting of rental properties and condominium owners' associations.
• Responsibility for the efficient and correct handling of all accounting activities, including annual financial statements, interim statements, budgeting and cost allocation.
• Preparation of heating and operating cost statements
• Preparation of VAT statements, social security and insurance statements as well as salary certificates
• Rent and accounts receivable control as well as dunning and debt collection work
• Accounts payable and payment transactions
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of accounting processes.

What you should bring:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector
• Fluent German, basic knowledge of English
• High team spirit, flexibility and resilience
• Strong quality awareness and a professional manner with customers and colleagues
