The Zurich Cantonal Police, with its approximately 4000 employees, takes responsibility for safety in the canton. For our Seapolice in Oberrieden, we are looking to strengthen our team with a

Your area of responsibility
- Controls, monitoring, and prevention tasks on the waters of the canton of Zurich – and in road traffic
- Deployments in search, rescue, and water protection operations (planned or spontaneous, if necessary also nationwide)
- Recording facts in case of accidents on and in waters
- Writing reports and statements
- Professional support of the frontline police, participation in basic police services, and deployments at major events (especially outside the shipping season)
Your profile
- Federal specialist certificate as a police officer or certificate and several years of frontline experience as a police officer
- Swiss citizenship
- Enthusiasm for shipping, diving, fishing, and nature conservation
- Team spirit as well as strong communication and cooperation skills
- Reliable, independent, and flexible working style
- Good swimming skills, solid physical fitness, and psychological resilience
- Impeccable reputation
