For our group practice at the Bärau location (home medical practice in Lebensart) we are looking for a committed, thoughtful personality who structures the daily practice routine, is patient-oriented and works as part of a team.
We are looking for a medical practice assistant immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
You are in the thick of things and keep the threads together:
- You organise and triage the consultation hours and ensure a smooth process
- You are the first point of contact at reception and on the phone: friendly, clear and solution-oriented
- You professionally care for patients, e.g. ECG, vital signs, blood sampling, injections and infusions
- You prepare billing and reliably take on administrative tasks
- You actively contribute when we further develop processes and projects to improve the practice
Your profile – professionally skilled and personally convincing
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
- You enjoy working in a team and take responsibility in everyday life
- You are organised, digitally proficient and good at billing
- You remain calm, friendly and professional even in busy moments
- A sense of humour and down-to-earth attitude suit us well
Our offer
